So I'm walking down the street, minding my own business nd walking my pet internet. Everyone has a pet internet, it's the latest craze! A little round rolling ball of gears that kind of waves little tentacles around happily as it plods along by your side. EVERYONE has one, kind of like everyone had a dog back when they were around and interesting.

So as I said, I'm walking my pet internet down the street, waving to the other ladies walking their pet internets. It's a lovely day. The sun is shining, the grass is green, everything is technicolor happy. When Fido decides to take a detour and eat something that dropped from the sky.

It was a little blue pod of some sort, looked kind of like one of those prickley exotic fruits, but blue with shades of purple in between the spikes. Fido eats it, and starts making weird noming sounds. I don't know what to do! My pet internet is eating weird spikey things from the sky!

Naturally I scream "FIDO DON'T EAT THE SKY!"

But it didn't work and Fido kept eating that piece of the sky and gurgling as his tentacles grew bigger and more gears started to pop up until he was as big as a house! My Fido had become an american monster! Nooo!

The military flew in then, and all took up positions around Fido as he began to nom on the local high school, then a doctor carefully edged his way out and pet Fido on the tentacle before deciding that he needed a diet.

So for the next week I had the military walking Fido with their tanks, to give him a work out and keep him from eating any more buildings/people/etc. Until he was back to his tiny size.

To which he looked up at me with sad, sad fido eyes in a cute appology.

I don't think he'll eat the sky any more.
